Delivery is free to the UK.
We ship internationally and cost will be calculated based on the weight of the goods.
We hope you love your Silk & Slate products as we endeavour to source the highest quality of products. However, if for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 28 days.
Please follow the steps below:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a returns address.
Pack the parcel carefully. As the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely along with paying the cost of postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Faulty Items/Missing Items
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods. Email email@example.com quoting your name and order number. If possible please email a picture of the damaged good(s) as this will help us to quickly resolve any issues.
